Oh I am loving Zentangles! The technique is time consuming, but I love the results. I used the Wild Card Cricut cartridge as a template for the owl, and Martha Stewart’s photo corner embossing punch. Of course Ten Seconds Studios chocolate brown metal and Club Scrap’s cardstock from the Henna collection. I distressed the edges with Club Scrap’s Earth ink. WHOO, WHOOOOO?!

Fab Cards!
More Ten Seconds Studios metal and Club Scrap cardstock... I used oval Nestabilities to die cut the opening to the Fleur de Lis card and embossed with the Cuttlebug. I stamped the Haberdashery stamp with Staz On ink on the backside of the TSS metal and "puffed" the image. I got this idea from Lin at Paper Artsy. I distressed with black acrylic paint and sanded the image. The angel design is taken from TSS's DVD "A to Z of Metal Works". Now, I’m off to metalize my world!
Zentangle
Zentangle is an easy to learn and relaxing method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. I remember doing this type of "doodling" in art class in junior high! I saw this technique featured on Ten Seconds Studios blog. Fun stuff, so I had to try it using TSS metal for my PSL cards at Club Scrap this week! So…..here’s my card….
